Research shows that having safe, supportive, and invested adults in their lives significantly increases the likelihood of young people sustaining their faith. That’s why we are intentional about creating meaningful spaces where our kids and youth can grow spiritually, feel valued, and build lasting connections.
Building &
Hospitality
Our Building and Hospitality Team is the backbone of creating a welcoming and safe environment at Faith Vineyard. From greeting visitors with a smile and preparing coffee to maintaining our facilities throughout the week and ensuring the safety of our community, this dedicated team makes it all happen. Their commitment helps us create a space where everyone feels at home.
Worship
Our Worship and Audio/Visual Teams collaborate to create meaningful and engaging worship experiences every week. From the talented musicians on stage to the ProPresenter operators behind the scenes, every team member plays a vital role in bringing our worship to life and helping our congregation connect with God in a powerful way.
Discipleship
Our Discipleship Teams play a vital role at Faith Vineyard. Whether through our prayer team, men’s and women’s groups, or small group leaders, each member works together to guide and inspire us to grow a little more like Jesus every week. Their dedication helps build a stronger, more connected community rooted in faith and spiritual growth.
